Managing Director

Annette Gebauer’s main consulting focuses are corporate learning, high-reliability organizing and management and cultural development. She has brought her expertise to bear on behalf of BASF, ThyssenKrupp, Sabic, Commerzbank, BGETEM, Daimler and Coca-Cola.
She has 20 years of consulting experience as an independent consultant as well as with Accenture and IconMedialab. Annette Gebauer earned her doctorate in Corporate Learning from the Department for Management and Organization at Witten/Herdecke University, where she worked as a research assistant under Professor Rudolf Wimmer. She amassed additional experience during her time at the Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment. Annette Gebauer has been an entrepreneur since 2003. In addition to her studies in systematic organizational consulting and development, she is a trained family and couples therapist and the author of numerous publications in the fields of corporate learning, high reliability organizing and family businesses. Annette Gebauer works in German and English.

Fabian Brückner

Consultant

Fabian Brückner’s main consulting focuses are high performance and reliability, development of organizational safety culture and capability analysis. He has brought his expertise to bear on behalf of NORD/LB, Linde, BASF, Sparkasse, Das Rauhe Haus and ThyssenKrupp.
Fabian Brückner is an organizational educator and is currently earning his doctorate in the field of high-reliability organizations. He is also an expert assessor for the QM models KQB, LQW and KQS, and is working to develop tools for cultural development and high-reliability organizing. His methodological toolkit “Mindful Organizing Mindset” won the 2016 Best Practice award bestowed by Systemische Gesellschaft e.V. The toolkit will soon be available for purchase from Beltz-Verlag. His working languages ​​are German and English.

Stefan Günther

Stefan Günther’s consulting work focuses on management and leadership development, strategy, change, coaching and cultural development. He has brought his talents to bear on behalf of ABB, ENBW, BASF, ThyssenKrupp, eON-Energie, Chemetall, Heraeus, Homag and Lufthansa.
Stefan Günther is a graduate occupational and organizational psychologist. He has also trained as a systematic organizational consultant and serves as a teacher trainer at Simon Weber and Friends. He works in German and English.

Sandra Schaede

Filmmaker

Sandra Schaede’s focus is on the production of documentary, corporate image and training films. Her past clients include Volkswagen, Richemont, ThyssenKrupp, MDR, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Jaguar & Land Rover, Audi, Nike, Meissen, Bertelsmann, Villeroy & Boch, Entega and Jungheinrich, along with a number of international NGOs, such as MiCT.
Sandra Schaede earned a dual Masters in Political Science and Journalism, and has been working a filmmaker for over 10 years. She works as a Curator of Innovation Projects on behalf of Dropping Knowledge, PCH Innovations and Cartier, and has been in charge of production management for international documentary films (most recently Ai Weiwei’s HUMAN FLOW). Anne Siegmann

Anne Siegmann has long time experiences as a graduate engineer in Germany, Australia and United Arab Emirates. She is trained in Systemic Coaching and as Conflict Consultant. She is a psychologist (Master of science) with main focus on organizational psychology.

Dr. Bert Slagmolen

Bert Slagmolen’s consulting work focuses on change management, high reliability organizing and development of organizational safety cultures. He has brought his skills to bear on behalf of Sabic, ProRail, ThyssenKrupp, Rijkswaterstaat (infrastructure) and Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.
Bert Slagmolen is a graduate electrical engineer with a doctorate in social sciences. He has over 35 years of experience in international companies and non-profits. He is the author of several publications and books on HRO methods and strategies, the founder of the International Academy for High Reliability Organizing and the European Network of HR specialists, proHRO. He also serves as the auditor for APTA (the American Public Transportation Association). Bert Slagmolen works in Dutch, English, French and German.

Elisabeth Lay

Associate Partner

Beth Lay’s focus is on increasing resilience and reliability of organizations through considering how safety is created. She has been a practitioner in the Resilience Engineering and Highly Reliable Organizing communities for more than 10 years, designing and implementing innovative practices such as Real Time Risk Assessment (which brings distributed people together quickly to manage emergent risks).
She is a mechanical engineer with graduate work in cognitive science. She is currently supporting NASA in increasing organizational resilience of the team that supports the International Space Station. She has worked with companies such as ThyssenKrupp, Siemens, Calpine, and contributed to development of EU crisis management guidelines through the Darwin project. She has led Learning Teams, led implementation of a human performance program that integrated with a traditional safety system, and developed an operations risk management program for a large field service organization.
